Kathy Phelan-Morales Broker/Founder has been a licensed Texas Realtor since 2002 and a Texas Real Estate Broker since 2006.   Kathy boasts over 20+ years of experience working with Houston's most prestigious luxury Inner-Loop Real Estate firms and Top Producers. In addition to being a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors she has held a certification with the Seller's Agency Council and Real Estate Buyer's Council. Kathy has been involved in buying & listing resale homes and new construction homes. She has represented many of Houston's Inner-loop Builders. She specializes in Single Family Homes, Townhomes, Condos, Lofts, New Construction homes and Multifamily Leasing in the Inner Loop, Galleria, Memorial and Surrounding areas. Kathy continues to hone her skills by attending real estate seminars and classes to stay in compliance with new laws and the ever-changing Real Estate market. Kathy is a proud Woodtrace resident! Kathy is a dedicated volunteer and serves with the local community, Sports Associations, Church & School PTA committee.

 Darlene Torres is a native of the Houston. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I try every time to exceed their expectations. Before joining real estate, Darlene worked as Police Officer and Human Resources Director. Wanting to transition into a career that I could still assist people. I was inspired by my personal experiences over the years of dealing with real estate to make the change after having personal experiences of leasing, investing, selling and buying homes. Darlene Torres after graduating from Sam Houston, attended University of Houston where I completed a Law Enforcement Degree. Then pursed a career in real estate graduating from Champion School Real Estate Certification/License. Member of National Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Real Estate. My proudest accomplishments though, are being a wife and a proud mom to my son. When not helping home buyers/sellers, Darlene Torres enjoys excising, traveling, movies, beaches and family.

 Veronica Sierra’s decision to dedicate her life to real estate was not made lightly. She has always been fascinated by real estate, homes and everything to do with property, and was determined to turn that passion into a career. She first became hooked by watching HGTV shows on buying, decorating and flipping homes long before it was popular, and made a conscious decision to seek out the best in the business and learn as much as she possibly could in the interest of becoming a top producer. Her first foray into the world of property development came in 2006 while working as the assistant to the sales manager for a prestigious home builder. She designed marketing materials that would support the high-end services they offered, and it was there that she discovered her natural flair for customer service. Learning to listen to the needs of potential home buyers, she successfully convinced several clients to return and purchase their dream home, fueling her ambition to take things to the next level. She is an energetic and focused go-getter and loves the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment, putting 100% of herself into every single task. She has finally landed her dream job, and is excited to be gaining valuable experience from one of the most respected brokers in the region.
